THE REGIONAL CIRCLE OF GASTRONOMIC SCHOOLS OF PERU is an organization of AREGALA whose mission is to associate schools from different regions of Peru, identifying them under the same name to be grouped as specialized culinary training organizations and AREGALA will collaborate actively with them by relating them to each other so that they can interact through exchanges of students and teachers, strengthen their curriculum by inviting famous international chefs who visit all the schools teaching their latest techniques and teaching their home kitchens. AREGALA will award certificates to students who have participated in the International Gastronomic Chairs.

It will also collaborate in all aspects so that they develop to reach culinary excellence

educational For this, it will guide them in equipment, programs, offering them the possibility of obtaining certifications of international validity.

​

 

It is a program that brings together a school from each region of the country, to contact each other receiving students and exchanging teachers, also AREGALA permanently strengthens the program of these institutions by organizing courses taught by international chefs and delivering certifications of practical hours to students of the schools that make up the circle.

Belonging to AREGALA means to be a chef of a great prestife and great human and professional values, but above all, a friendly person, willing to share his knowledge with other members of the Association. Aregala works like a big family and it is a status symboll in the culinary world. A medal or diploma of AREGALA simbolizes the highest gastronomic  honor. Each medal or trophy of AREGALA is duly certified and registered in our Bueau of Archives and Historical Records.
