The Great Cultural Academy of the Americas emerges as a product of the work carried out by AREGALA for 17 years, bringing together the cuisines of our continent, in order to give the universal relevance that the culinary culture of our countries possesses, as well as the richness of the indigenous food products that America has given the world, and contribute with the extensive experience of its members, to the praiseworthy task of providing a support and contribution of knowledge to culinary teaching.

 

 

 

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

​

 

• Bring together the best chefs and masters and related teachers to teach, discuss, research, experience and propose topics related to American cuisine and its projection.

• Invite chefs or masters (and related) that are considered to have the merits to be integrated as members of the Academy.

• To group the most qualified professionals of each country of the Americas with the responsibility of representing this continent before the world. To be the most representative and select culprits of the CULINARY ARTS OF AMERICA and in representation of their respective countries, governing their work and example the highest gastronomic techniques and teachings of America.
